Great to see these new old photos of the car in green.

This is how I first saw this car when I was a young kid... these sure bring back a lot of memories.

    Thanks for posting them.

Wow! What a read! I missed this the first go around somehow and really enjoyed catching up on the whole story and all the photos. Very cool.

Now off to go see the updated thread!

Guess I haven't been paying attention.
Dean thanks for posting up those photos. I'm going to have to see if I can get you to do a write up on the old Ford from the time you got it, up to the time you sold it. Would love to have that history to keep with the car.

    Greetings Todd,
My father, Dick Graese has expressed interest in possibly buying the car back from your stepfather. My father had his phone # at one time, but has misplaced it. If we could get them in touch with each other again that would be great. Please let me know. Thank you very much,
    Rob

Hi Todd, my name is R. Davis, my Dad is the one you speak of who owned the car in the 60s. His last name is misspelled. Correct spelling is Tegtman. I remember this car tucked safely away in a shed on the farm. Occasionally my Dad would pull the car out and give us a ride. One such story goes this way. I was just a tot and of course no car seats were available in that period of time. My folks would put me in the middle of the front seat and I would hold on the the gear shift. By holding on and the way my Dad pushed in the pedals was just enough to throw the car into the next gear....I dont remember too much about it other than my Dad needed the money so she was sold...tough times. Hes the one who texted me this so I signed up to be able to reach out to you. Glad shes loved.
