   I found these hubcaps at a flea market for $20. Not sure what year though. I know they are post 1959, because of the tri shield buick logo. The inside diameter is only like 9 3/4". Any help would be appreciated. Sorry it isn't the greatest pic in the world.

   They used to put them on 70's Specials, Find a Kojack re-run.
