Technical Anybody recognize this shock headlight mount ?

I was wondering if anyone might know what this headlight/shock mount came off?

This is the only picture I have.

 

May be an F-1 shock bracket that someone has modified and welded a headlight mount to. One off hand made at any rate.

This is a stock 52 F-1 shock bracket I have stashed for my 31 Vic. Total height/length is right at ten inches.

lower mount is stock Ford .. late 40's
