anyone going to springfield mo. this comming weekend???

just wondering if anyone was goin to the nsra show in springfield this weekend... i havent been in about 3 years and just thought i would see if anyone from the kansas city area or north of there was goin and i could follow or something... just didnt wanna drive down by myself..

 

oh and if ya see this broke down on the side of the road dont laugh cause its me...

 

Speed Racer, a buddy of mine and I usually try to road trip it down and back on saturday. Will try to look you up when we get there. Probly won't drive the Henry-J. Too far and too slow for that trip. 3 1/2 to 4hrs in a COMPFORTABLE vehicle.Two days in MY hot rod!

i think im gonna leave sometime friday i hope... by the way the car now has skirts and bumpers... lol

 

I will be there with flames on. Our group usually sets up at the highest point just off the asphalt on the south side of the fairgrounds. I will be the gray haired guy in a hot rod T shirt and Levis. I will have a cold beer in my hand. You can not miss me.

My dad, a good buddy and I will all be coming down early friday morning. Dad in a flat black A coupe HiBoy with flathead, Donnie in a ratty old 34 ford roadster with flatty, and me in this. Stop by if you see us! I'll keep a sharp eye for your car. we usually park up by the swap meet.

O YES I will be there. Im looking forward to getting to meet some more HAMBers! I cant wait. Im gonna leave on friday mornin. Ill probably have a Canon Camcorder in my hand the whole weekend. so if you see a 16 year old with a camera it may just be me. Hope you see you there.

I'll be there, parked by WZ JUNK. We usually park near the lone big Oak tree up on the hill. We'll try to put together a HAMB sign. Stop by and visit awhile. We'll have a cold adult beverage shade and a chair for you. I'll be in a dark gray primer 48 chev pickup. I'll be leaving Rolla at 6:00am and running in the fast lane of I-44 West with a 26 T tub. We'll have some pretty sweet 32's parked with us as well. Drop in and do some tire kicking with the "junk" brothers. Sam

 

I'll be in the swap meet, with the rest of the cold adult beverages. Look for the white '68 ford shortbed.

 

I will be in Carthage working with the inlaws on the house their building but might be able to slip away for a few hours to go to the show. Just don't know yet. It all depends on what we get accomplished. I will definately look everyone up if I make it!
