If anyone is going to be wandering around Jefferson later this month, Which is kinda what we all do there, I could use a little help figuring out what I have. I cleaned out part of my Uncles estate and I have boxes and totes full of small parts, and a bunch of large parts. He was into 1920's-1930's Ford, Packard, some Cadillac, and others. Interior trim pieces, nice brass pieces, Convertible wood folding bows for 31 packard and and a few others. Springs, axels, Wooden spoke wheels, Just alot of stuff. Just would like someone to say " it's all crap", or " those are nice, or rare", or point out any high values items that I dont know about. If you see something you like, make a fair offer. like I said, just a heads up on what I have, and what a fair offer would be is what I am looking for. I've gotten alot of good advice from this great group of guys and could just use a little more. AND, we get to talk about cars. I will be in the green fields all three days. G-133/G-135.
    Thanks and be safe.

Had a great time at Jefferson this past weekend. Friday, the weather sucked but the sales were awesome. Saturday, the weather was great but the sales sucked. Go figure.

  8. I got burned to a crisp on saturday. Did manage to pick up headlights for my Model A project and a Thermador car cooler for my 52 dodge though.

  9. I went sat. this year was the best I have seen in years for rare stuff at good prices. I bought the holy grail of injectors. I got a enderle magnesium three rib bug catcher at a screaming deal. the mag injector hats are rare. I found a few other pieces through out the day. if I would have brought more cash I could have brought a trunk load of parts home. it was also a good day to give the 66 chevelle some exercise. and lets not forget the famous big bars. im always amazed on some of the rare stuff that continues to show up there year after year.

They are called Kens Big Bars. You can't go to the swap meets around here without having at least one bar everyday, I think they can arrest you if you don't. Seriously, there is usually a line to get one unless it is snowing and even then there can be a line. I have went to Jefferson a few times and a big bar was all I bought all day.

  16. Totally agree... Stayed for Sunday and started giving away expensive parts just for the sake of expressing any interest in my junk!
