I heard Sunkist before I saw it. I was in front of the house at the beach, on our side street and heard something coming up the main drag. (I think I was in high school)
Looked up to see Sunkist, which I had seen in magazines, go by.
    It was very cool!

I've heard stories of lifting the front wheels at NSRA events. ;)
    Can anyone confirm those stories?

The sunkist now resides in NJ where she was built. She has been handled with love and care and might be for sale for the right price, contact me for inquiries.

I remember the twins? at the Boston Area Roadsters show at the Surfside Motel on the Cape back in the late 70s or early 80s, they would get side by side in front of the motel and proceed to repave the road with rubber!

That is correct the Mazza Tee is a totally different car that is still running around North Jersey,
Sunkist changed hads a few times after Randy sold thecar and got pretty beat up. It was bought by Rich and Sharron who own Moonkist. They Dropped the car of by me and I did the resoration on the car. The two cars were cruising once again together but was once again sold. (but still around )
As for the Green Tub that was mine. I bought the car as a four seat tall Tee with fenders etc, Not that pretty but I saw the potential for the car.( Randy was involved in the build of the tall tee for somewone else, not his car. ) I completely redid the car to the Rat Tub configuration. I remember when Randy came by my house to see the car when it was finished . He loked at it and told me " This is the way this car should have been built" One of the best compliments I ever got. I drove the car all over for around 5 years and sold the car to the present owner who painted it purple and put a blower motor in it. I will post some pictures of the build and the Finished original Green version of the Rat Tub.

Glad to read they are still around. Definitely two of the most radical Fad T's ever. That Tub is an ass kicker too.

Moonkist just looks wicked. I can't get over just how much better it looks (to me anyway) with the larger tires and wheels up front!
The only thing I would change is to add front brakes. At least with those tires they would be useful!!! :D

    BTTT regardless!

Saw both cars many times they were always running together both were loud and wicked. You definitely heard them before you saw them good times for sure. Three four barrels on a 671 blower was over the top in the day. Randy has the eye for building great cars wondering where the channeled super low light blue Deuce roadster is I think it was built late 90's or early 2000.
