    hello
    using a metal flexible rule.
    measuring from the flat at the front and along the outside of the rail, coming in at 90 degrees to the central hole

    what are the measurements front and rear?
    thanks

    also IF you have bought aftermarket front and rear spreader bars
    is there a spaceer thing that sits inside the m - like a stiffener that adds some?
    thanks

    I don't have what you need but couldn't any of the better '32 frame fabricators help you out?

    Yes on spreader needs a spacer on inside
    Can not remember 3/16 or 1/4 thick ,
    Both sides between spreader & frame
    Front & rear
    Pic below is FoMoCo blueprint .

    My chassis is built from ASC rails, they didn't send the spacers, my friend built the chassis and set the rear rail width with spacer thickness at 39&3/4" spacer to spacer and ordered the spacers later, the deuce factory spreader bar is 39&1/2" wide, the bolts draw in the difference.
