Tried to post a few pictures but it says photos are to large for the server. I have never had a problem before, didnt know if its on my end or the site.
Sites that only allow loading on photo at a time ****s. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
If you have a program like Microsoft office picture manager or another photo type program on your computer you can open the picture with that program and then resize the picture. I typically resize to 1000x750 which seems to work well.
Most of the time I use Photobucket, but this photo is from my computer ,I try to keep the images to a 640 x 480 size HRP
Yes myself and @26 T Ford RPU have both posted in thr to the editors section. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/can-no-longer-post-photos-moderators-only-please.1056534/ http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/can-no-longer-upload-photos-to-my-albums.1056590/
I remember reading that during one of the site repairs being able to post pics without resizing them. This was great for me, being a photo addict. But, in the middle of my recent Nor Cal Show/Swap thread this ended. Now I have to one by one resize to 640/480. This really slows the whole process. I have almost the opposite problem. No matter how careful I am, if I try to upload more than one picture to a post, one, some, or even all of them end up duplicated. I fix this by editing the post and removing the duplicates. I believe this is not just me from the number of posts I see with duplicated pictures. I've learned to live with it.
I've had problems posting (attempting!) to post pictures on here forever. My wife planted the avatar pic, but had to jump thru some 'hoops' to do it. I had posted pics with my old AOL account, but quit them when they gave me the old "Your computer is infected with a new virus, call AOL immediately!" $120.00. Naaah. BUZZ. Wrong answer, Hans. Wife combined our online accounts with AT&T, along with phones. ****! TAHOO and AT&T seem to have some problem with 'simplification'...Really weird, like learning bits and bites, introducing 'Windows' in 1970! That kind of 'tough love'. Makes me frustrated enough to go out and gas weld sheet metal. I'll try again, undoubtedly...there are others that post from AT&T...but HAMB changes have occurred in past, and Ryan is back on it. When wife Joey returns from church, I'll have her attempt to send a couple. Then I can be like you guys! No more "W/O pics, it don't fix." I hate that salutation.
I can't post photos either, I tried to repost ones that were posted here last week and now the screen says they are TOO LARGE, I didn't change a thing. Bob
