Anyone help ID this piston?

    We were given this piston. It was shipped to the past owner many moons ago. It was in a (Bell auta parts) box. He said Bell sold performance parts years ago. Bell California to be exact.

    He does not remember what he ordered it for. It has a part number stamped inside the piston JE 130 They are into Fords so my guess would be something along those lines. It is 3 15/16 in diameter.

    Ford 289/302 standard bore is 4" .
    Chev small block 4"
    Mopar small block 4"

    BUT the answer is Ford flathead .

    I never would have guessed flathead, I did a Google search and could not find anything on it. Thanks for the quick reply.. Now if I only had the rest of the motor.

    hafta be a mega bore flathead...does it have a 3/4 wrist pin? if its got a 7/8 wrist pin its probably model a...3 7/8 bore was std.
