Alright I may regret this later but I will let you guys know how to find these r/c cars.Through your ebay search you will want to type in 1/6 rc car, west coast rc,jesse james rc,and and then change rc to radio.west coast car under toys and hobbies. To find the willys just type in willys and click on radio controlled. Now craigslist which is were i am getting the three cars from for $40 a piece,go to google type in site:craigslist.org "what your looking for" right next to it so.... site:craigslist.org west coast rc, this is a search engine through google that will find any craigslist add posted in the united states. Once again be creative with your search try and think about what people may have put it under sometimes is not even "rc" its car or toy. I know that all of you that are looking for these cars this post will seriously increase your chances of getting one .

I have the blue one, the proportions on the body look to be right on the money. Considering turning mine into a computer case.

My two Willys were originaly blue, the cool thing about the Willys and WCC r/c are they are almost the same scale as a barbie/gi joe. A barbie will sit in the seat and almost fits perfect. These cars are perfect for a diorama of sortsor just as a display. Here are a couple of pics with a barbie.

I know the grill is lame,im sure it wont sell for more than $50.I had a hard time finding it this morning and I am on ebay two or more times a day, im finding new keywords and searches everyday. You just have to think if you had one of these cars and didn't know what the hell you had how would describe it?

My next plan is im going to paint the Willys or the Ford like my dad's car it's a 1937 Chrysler Royal coupe. I have a few paint chips off of the car, im going to have them matched and put into spray cans and see what I can come up with. It wont be exactly the same because it will have fenders but I think it should come out good.

Just a quick word about the parts I sell on "FEEBAY" I strongly encourage anyone that is going to buy from me that they should do it off ebay because I can do better on the price. I have had to adjust things because now ebay is charging a separate fee for shipping. Unfortunately I make almost nothing on these parts as it is so I have had to pass this on to the customer.:( I sell a couple of $2 items and after all their fees I'm lucky to get $1.25. Now add the cost of purchasing to product in the first place and you can see my profit margin. As I have stated before I really don't do this for the $$. If I did I would have been out of business a long time ago. I will be putting this on several boards so sorry if you have to read it more then once.

  25. Just shot some pics of a build thats almost done. Took a break for a while over our summer, and now that winters kicking in, and its to cold out in the shed, im back on it. Just need to install screen glass, throttle linkage, and mount headlights properly and its finished.

Started working on spider caps. Any interest in me reproducing these in resin? I still need to do the backing plate.
