Through a series of trades with my buddy eric, I ended up with these old dragster headers. Anyone seen these before? They're rippled and bellmouthed. 20230824_220601.jpg

I think they are Bad Ass Headers. I don't have a clue who made them.

they are cool, no idea though... better get out a stack of old magazines and start lookin

  4. Do they look like they've ever been run? They could be off a show car that never turned its crank. Definitely unique but might be tough to determine origin. Will be watching this one :)

They remind me of this group photo of the Texas (I think) dragsters from way back.

  6. For some reason they kinda say boat to me. Not to say they weren't also for a car. Or even a show car.

Eons ago, there was someone offering "Ripple Pipes" for the side-pipes. & had different length Ripples. For some reason, I'm thinking it had some-sorta Studebaker connection. Never caught on. I'm also thinking it was in a low-publication magazine like Cars or Drag(something) - Eastern-type mags, w/the cheap pulp-paper, not just glossy stuff. Early 60's? Interesting to see where this one goes, :) .
