I'm looking at a parts car down there and need some help in either taking the pieces off I need and shipping them to me. I will pay for this service if it works out. It's removal of both front and rear suspensions on a Jag. Front is a subframe, comes out as a complete unit. Rear comes out in a cage. both can be strapped to a pallet. Anyone interested?

  2. Edgewater is just south of Daytona Beach.

If it were an hour or so away I'f do it. But it ain't.

    O-villians?

Is Edgewater less than 100 miles from your place? could just have it delivered and pay you to remove the suspensions.

Ok come to find out the car is in Oak Hill, just east of Orlando (?) Like 50 miles I think. still looking for a little help.

Mike: would you be interested in pulling the suspensions for me, if I got it to your shop? I'll pay. I just dont want to have to deal with trying to get the whole car home.

if you still need help, i'm in daytona, give me a message with some more details. I've never done anything with removing suspensions from a jag but how hard could it be..

Both suspensions are pretty easy to get out as whole units. The rear is actually in a cage, bascially unbolt the cage and driveshaft and brake lines and go. The front comes out as a subframe. It's probably easier to yank the engine but can be done with it in there. kinda similar to taking out a Camaro subframe if you've ever done that. Unbolt the steering shaft and power steering pump (I wouldn't mind getting that with it) the engine mounts and brake lines, unbolt the subframe and drop it out. not real bad to do, so if your still interested let me know. I was planning on either having what was left hauled off and crushed, or someone could part the rest out and make a few more bucks. It's probably got a good TH350 ****** in it as well.
