Technical Anyone in West Branch / Iowa City area?

You could try calling Tom Schuppert at the Antique Car Museum of Iowa 319-569-4504. The museum is in Coralville and I would venture a guess that Tom could steer you in the right direction for a reliable inspector located in the area. The museum's hours are 10-5 Tuesday through Saturday, 12-5 on Sunday and closed on Monday.
