DAMN! I forgot about this today. I'm helping some friends with a benefit. I'll try and catch you guys next time.

 

I got back home and went to work on the Chevy. Took it out for a drive this afternoon and it was a lot of fun.

 

Had a good time this morning. Finished up the brake job on my O/T '70 shortwide and will have it on the road tomorrow. Way to go Al !!!

 

Anyone heading to Niftee 50eees tonight? I'll be there with the 1960 wagon with blue wheels.

Well, it's coming around to that time of he month again. Normally takes a couple of weeks to organize. I can make any Saturday other then the 22nd as will be in Dallas at nieces graduation party. Suggestions?

 

I'm game for a Saturday afternoon at Holders in Dobbin, on 105 West of Conroe??????

 

Saturday, June 29 is good for me....Let's do Holders in Dobbin (heard the burgers are outstanding) for the northerners in the group. What time in the afternoon?

My Chevy is about to be taken apart for a couple months but I might try to swing by in my company car or if I get my new lil toy by then I will take that. WHat time did you guys wanna do this? In the late afternoon?

Im new to the area so I might need a little direction as to where it is. Any help would be appreciated... If a newbie would be welcomed.

 

I will try and make it....I need to get up that way anyway to grab my T5 from Chad.

 

As you get into downtown(?) Dobbin, heading west Holders is on the left. They have a big fiberglass pig on a pole for a sign. It is a typical Texas ice house/BBQ joint and the food is very good. I usually stop in for a burger when I'm out joy riding in the greater Montgomery-Dobbin metroplex.

 

Its west of Conroe on hwy 105

 

Dang looks like this is in my neck of the woods!! I'll be there.

 

Do you know where Dobbin is?????????

 

No, but I'm sure someone will send me directions.

 

Argh. Broke the wagon. have to wait to cruise until after the repairs.

Yes for the spring, they will start back up in Sept. thru Nov. for the fall meets. July 13th there will be a meet at the Rosenburg location.

Can't , family stuff in the am and oval track racing in the evening on the 22nd.

 

This is for the 29th, I couldn't make the 22nd either but now family plans have changed. So I am now home this weekend so I am planning to go to the Hooters car show in Stafford on Sunday 23rd. Here is the flyer for the event.

My shop is 3.5 miles West of Holders on hwy 105.
Pull into the gate with the Rafter C on it. Come early and have a cold drink and hang out. Anyone interested let me know.
