65gregg - there's absolutely no help for me... I completely agree.

All the others cars they picked have pics taken from magazine spreads and shit... no offense to any of you guys but the HAMB community can be pretty damn critical on cars so being picked out of the herd, I just cringe thinking of the folks walking by it and hearing them say crap like "what the hell is this car doing in here?" But, at the end of the day I built it for me and my taste and everybodys is different I guess. Problem solved... I just won't sit by it... ha ha ha ha...

tfeverfred - well... my first build done in my garage with limited knowledge I might ad vs. full time builders etc... yes, a turd... ha ha.. hell, I am just hoping it makes it to Austin!!!!! too funny....

During the ROT rally a few of us got together at Juan in a Million for breakfast, it was pretty good. You might of seen it on Man vs. Food

Will be going in buddies 58 Chevy Apache. Leaving Friday morning, wife's will be in my daily. Yet again my Chevy is not going to make it. Hopefully the weather will be good like it was last year.

 

Is everyone meeting up some place to caravan out? I will probably do the saturday morning thing. I will probably be putting the interior back in the Caddy on Friday. If it is ready that is.....got my fingers crossed.

 

That would be awesome. Who's got organizational skills?

 

Anyone heading to LSRU thursday night? I HAVE to attend the garage crawl every year. One of my favorite things.

 

I'll give Danny a call after LSR, who knows maybe I'll see him in Austin. I certainly hope everyone can clear their calenders for the date that will suit the guys at Bruce's. I feel like this will be quite an opportunity to see some class work from those guys.

I hang with the H Bombs car club and we're committed to just about every damn show that comes up. You guys get a date and I'll try to get there.

 

Anyone going to the Hellion's gig on May 24th at the Waller County Fairgrounds?

 

I'm gonna try and make the Hoedown.

 

Saturday, I be in Sealy at the Lonestar Motorsports Park for the Nostalgia Drags. Will have to do breakfast another weekend.

 

Damn, that Nostalgia Drags looks like the thing to do.

 

IT IS!!!!! I went last year and had a great time.

Make sure you look for the times when they cackle the old dragsters!!! Absolutely awesome!!! If you have never heard a blown 430 Lincoln running on nitro... you have not lived!!!!

 

So......we meeting up at the rod shop this weekend or going someplace else? There is a good breakfast place in Magnolia.
