there is a lot of metal shaping equipment for sale- you would be buying an irvine smith english wheel- 2500 new
baleigh deep shrinker/stretcher $500 new
landcaster style shrinker stretcher $1000 new

it was all purchased new in november and used very little. $3000 for all listed above and i'll cover the rest
