Hey does anyone make new eelco style ball joint spacers for a 65 and older mustang, falcon, comet? These are the aluminum spacer's that sit between the upper control arm and the upper ball joint raising the car in the front to preload the rear. I've rebuilt the front suspension and converted the car to manual steering so I'm not real anxious to gut it and put an axle under it (I have another Merc I'm doing that too) there is a NOS eelco set on ebay for 57up full size fords and these will not work, any idea's? I'll take a used set or whatever is available, I tried the aluminum coil spring spacers but these kill my suspension travel and it beats the hell out of the car.
There's a guy on the bay selling them for shoebox chevys, maybe he can whittle you up a set. Username hotchevy60.
