Technical Anyone know of a shop that would build a 1935 ford steering box?

    My grandson needs his 1935 ford steering box rebuilt that is in his 29 roadster. Would prefer a shop in California but is open to else ware. Thanks. Exterminator

    the 35 boxes suck. 37 up are much better

  6. Are you sure it is a '35 box (with cross steering)? They do show up in Model A's but not that often. Comments about getting a '37 and up box are valid since the sector has a roller bearings after '37.

    Yep go with the 37 .we had to modify one mounting hole on the frame .Pop said that was a normal "up-grade" back in the day .
