History Anyone Know What Happened to Cec Draney former editor of Rod Action Magazine?

He seemed to fall off the face of the earth after he left....

I worked with Cec in the late 1960's at Fall & Associates. We formed an agency that lasted less than a year due to a couple of clients that failed to pay their bills. Even though we had a business relationship, we didn't keep in touch after closing the shop.

 

Googling Cecil Draney, only one I see was orginally from Nebraska and died in Oregon on June 20, 1990.
