General Motors. Other than someone swapping the wheel covers and putting a spotlight on what's built about it? Are those exhaust dumps behind the front wheels?
Yes, the mufflers are behind the fenders. Those are the stainless ends of the Mufflers. Shorty headers. It has a GM stub under the front, disc brakes, SBC with a 700r4 and a four link rear with a ten bolt chevy rearend. And airbag system. Vintage air A/C and heat. Lippy
Was just wondering the old buick looks stock from the outside but someone did a bunch of work underneath. PO didn't know who built it. Car supposedly came from Texas. PO used to drive it to the Kentucky rod runs and stuff. Lippy
I bought it off the HAMB awhile back. It was in Michigan. Just thought someone here might know who built it or recognized it from somewhere. Lippy
I'm thinking I have seen it in event coverage from some rod trots over the years but have no info on it. When the Texas guys recover from their Valentines day activities we might get some info if it is a Texas car originally. At any rate it looks like a reacher that you can do an oil change and grease job and fluid check on and head to where ever you decide to go.
Mr48, Yes it is a cruiser. It has no problems scampering right down the hiway at 75. LOL. And plenty of room to haul everyone and their stuff. I bought it exactly for that reason. We are taking it to Mo-Kan 2020. It's a really fun car to drive. Barrelnose, I agree , they sure have some sleek lines. Lippy
