Are those rear fenders F-1 ?

 

Before this post gets any deeper, and it does get deeper, let me state that '40-'41 Ford trucks ALL need a 3" chop with A pillars leaned back a bit.

Even in my most hated shade of rod/custom color, love it. I'd have done it in a deep green with all that white here n there, but that's me. Canted quads, check. White tuck n roll, check. Chrome wheels 1/2 check (cuz they look like smoothies ). Custom paint, check. Nerf bars, check.

So it's official, perfect HAMB creds in place with the added seasoning of legit history behind it. I'm sold...

 

Best version in it's lifetime in my opinion.

 

OK, a lot has been said.
I like the headlights and thought once about doing it to my truck (I have a spare set of fenders incase it didn't work out) and I even have a pair of Buick headlights as shown.
With that said, what I miss on the rebuild is the scallops, I think they helped.

 

I do not like quad head lights on older vehicles. It has seldom been done in good taste. But I like them on this truck. A first for me.
