I don't know who it was, but he was obviously very short.

That's probably either Fatlucky or his pro picture-taking buddy, Monstrocity Photo. They really have the "eye", and like to use that wierd plasticy stuff on a roll that captures the image (what's it called?).

 

That's really the wrong attitude. As a matter of fact it's even considered infringement.

Yeah most likely FatLucky or HankCash...
