Do your own. For what you'll pay someone, you can own a machine. I started out with a HF bead roller and upgraded as I did more. There are lots of YouTube videos out there. Check out Make It Kustom. Karl does very good videos and he explains the need to prestretch before you put the bead in it. If you don't, your panels will likely be wavey, especially if you try to put wide full depth beads in. Also, check out the site All Metal Shaping. There is a sub forum on bead rollers.

Harbor freight with 15 % discount. A couple hours reinforcing and modding. Good to go. About 150.00 in mods...

Took out a recessed spare tire well and replaced with these homemade panels..

If you're doing interior panels, you will use aluminum, which is easier to work with and requires less rigidity in the bead roller. Depending on thickness, you may get away without prestretching. Good luck!

I made these door trims out of 0.8mm cold rolled steel, I am a total novice and they are not perfect but they suit my style of ride. If you are planning to buy a bead roller get a motorized one ( believe me you will be glad you did ). Glen 35cf9c24-eac9-46b7-a723-a6d2d294ab7b.jpg 6451eac9-d257-4bed-8ca6-1f88970c9a5e.jpg
