Customs Anyone recognize these wheels?

I cant seem to find any info on them anywhere.. they look like rocket strikes..but are different and have a different name on the back Racin or Racia? with a bear paw?

 

It has the brand name Radir cast into them so go to the Radir site and see what they say.
