Anyone recognize this 29 roadster? X-Bonneville car??

Harms Way posted a picture of an axle just like that recently asking if anyone could identify it. He had it in the classifieds for sale but I don't remember if it found a new owner.

Ya, found out through that post and everyone on here doing some investigation that it's a Scroeder/Bell axle. Man, it sure is cool lookin.

 

Anyone know anything about the requirements for needing a water tank at the dry lakes?
