Jeez, all of my chips were on a Bad Chad build!
The car's front end starts out with a well intentioned Rivera/61 Imperial vibe then progressively gets worse as it moves aft: sculpted door panels, a pimped out roof back, dual pickup truck side mounts, a flower bed, then a zero style rear end slapped on. Couple of thoughts:

    1) Maybe Bailon needed work and just built to the customer's rendering without push back?
    2) Bailon followed a decent rendering, started at the front, then the customer began making off the wall change orders (like that Victor guy in Ian Rousell's old show)?
    3) The owner ran out of budget and said just finish it quick.

Not all customs are a styling improvement but just because I don't like it doesn't mean nobody will. My tastes run to the 50's to mid 60's mild customs, and that's way over the top for me.

Looks like it was inspired by the Virgil Exner revival cars. with the overhanging fenders, side mounted spares and the faux leather covered "trunk" on the back of the roof.
