No, but if you have a local bearing house you might take it to them and see what they might have. I've had good luck with my supplier, and often they instantly recognize brand stamps or markings I didn't.
don't recognize the logo, but a W 07 is a "standard" locking washer made for bearing retention along with the corresponding N 07 nut; typically for shafts using Timken Bearings http://cad.timken.com/item/ller-bea...assessories-locknut-and-lockwasher/item-87175 or look up Timken W07
