 I ran across this trunk, and no nothing about it so I am reaching out to all you Hambers to see if anyone has an idea of just what this might have come off of. It measures 40" long, 20" tall, 11" wide at the top, and 16" wide at the bottom. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch.

I believe 33-34 ford used one that looked like that. Don't know about the measurements.

By the way it curves forward toward the bottom-front, I'd say a sedan from late 20's until about 1932. It may be for a specific model, or a universal fit.

Im not the resident truck expert, but I don't think that the car manufacturers actually made the trunks. Im told that they were just tacked on or bought after market. That's a really nice lookin one.

I got one almost just like it. It came off the back of a 1929 Model A Sedan. Now it is the trunk for the front of my Tear Drop.

  6. I looks like the one Aunt Opal used to ship Uncle Bob to Los Angeles after she killed him with an axe back in '34.
