Technical Anyone seen or used these dropped axles ?

Looking at the axle that the OP posted again that thing at best is a "blem' as the ends as someone else pointed out are way to hell and gone different from each other . The right hand side looks like my SoCal axle but the left side is ?? It looks like two different people drew up the design for it.
