Anyone tell me how this 54 is driving this low!!

39 sedan or coupe?...would love to see pics....i have both a 54 and a 39 both are sedans...probably gonna lay out my 39 this winter..would like to see how you did it

 

clone, no air ride just low. my car was built at the same time gasmonkey was building there 31 bullrun car.

 

U can always shave the bottom of the frame rails between the wheel base then you will not have to channel the body

 

I'd guess bagged, notched, MustII and a little bit of a channel. We did all but the channel on our 53' and it will take your toes off.

check out rays car on pg 3, he has since chopped it, but the more I see of it , the more I like it.

That vid makes me pine for the nice flat roads in austin... some roads around here , you are scraping with 6 inches of clearance.. the key is to stay up on the ruts, once you are in 'em you are screwed.

Also,rays remark about riding an inch high on the bump stops is some advice I will take, it makes perfect sense.
laying frame is for parking, and parking isn't driving!

The dude probably drove it that low for the 19 seconds you see in the video. Sounds like it's scraping when it passes.

I'd like to see him drive it that low on The Cross Bronx Expressway...
