Anyone try a Magnum 7-leaf spring?

It looks pretty close to an original Model A spring pack.

Do they look as good up close? Did you have to remove any leaves? Are the eyes formed well?

Am I right in thinking Poly Ride is a brand name for spring liner?

So, who's tried one?

I haven't tried the spring but a 7 leaf in an A would be too stiff, I have 4 leaves in my V8 A and I'm planning to take 1 more out.

 

Good looking spring at a pretty fair price, but I also think you would have to remove a few leafs as it would be a bloody harsh ride.

I have that same spring on two cars. Both Flathead powered. I think I left out the second from the top spring on both cars. No complaints here.

 

Good to know they're not crap. I'm going to try one.
