Technical Anyone wanna throw in their 2 cents on sbc377 cam options?

    Stock 400 sbc is 5.5; stock 350sbc is 5.7. It'd be one of them.

    Standard combo with off shelf parts is a 400 block, 350 crank w/ bearing spacers and 5.7" connecting rods.

    Different rods. My mistake entirely.
     
  4. Unless you can find thick bearings. There are still some floating around I am sure.

  6. Believe it or not within the last 10 years they still had them on the shelf at the local roundy round place. I think that clevite and federal mogul made them of no one else. I'll bet a few calls and emails could net us a set of we were really interested. ;)

    I like the thick bearings as opposed to the spacers because they don't get hot spots and sometimes spacers do.
