I finally built some headers...even though they are tacked together. Used 1 3/4 tubing and 35-36 Ford pickup driveline tubes that I got from Porkshop. They will also exit through the frame into glasspacks. Another lowbuck project.

Hey Brewsir I had a 750 Honda chopper in 1978. Brings back memories.

Nice job Royalshifter, those are real nice. I like the forthought of running them through the frame as opposed to under the frame.

Damn nice job with the headers ! The frame really looks good too . I also like the other headers you had too , but have to keep the "cops" happy !
Keep up the great work and post some pics when done !

  12. While my broke motor is waiting replacement, I final fit my steering . GM column to MII with 3 U joints and 1 support . Now to weld up the support and clearcoat the bare metal joints and DD shaft then put it back.

  13. Got my**** kicked by some alternator bracketry. The 365 caddy does not accept accessories well. I got something crazy planned though, should really get some wtf's.

    Very Nice Skip!

I got another rear hoop tacked on the digger. I'm pondering how and if I'm going to do the Dragmaster rear spine now.

  19. Almost done with the wiring! Just a few stragglers under the dash that need cutting off. As soon as I get the levitation unit working properly, I can take the jackstands out from under it.

Awesome work on the Willys! If I could afford one that'd be on my list next. I think my dear wife would kill me if I did that after this digger.

Assembled a stroller, car seat, diaper disposal, and a bouncy thing. My wife is in nesting mode so the 52 was lonely this weekend.

  27. Too cold and too damn much snow. I did blow $750.00 on a nice pair of Texas western diamond back rattlesnake cowboy boots though.....

Spent some time working on the A front spring that I reversed the eyes on a couple weeks ago. The spring back is sitting nicely right now but will need a little tweaking next weekend.

Also discovered that I need someone that can make a brass bushing for me to adapt my Posie transverse spring hangers to my Model A shackles. I am in the Chicago area, anyone know of anybody that does this??? I don't own a lathe or I would do it myself.

Got some painting done Friday evening, White sealer, Viper red base, and a couple coats of clear. Will let this sit for a few days and then get it prepped for spraying the outsides.
