Hot Rods ARE RED WHEELS GETTING POPULAR AGAIN?

we have been, - 48 degrees Celsius out side some days - just too hot.
I like the Chevy though………..

I don't think red wheels ever went "out", it's a traditional look, no doubt. Like anything else, it all depends on the car/color/style... They look better on some than others.
I prefer black wheels.

 

Red says...
"Come on! Let's have fun!"
Black says...
"Fuck off."

My brothers Hot Rod. He bought it over 30 years ago from an 80 plus year old Gentlemen.

 

Going to the Queen City Cruise this weekend (almost 400 miles each way) so decided to put the ‘Jessica Rabbit’ wheels on the Tudor to wear the new tire paint rings off the tread.
I guess we will see how many rods with red rims are there (always see more when you do something, right?).
