Ok here in Tuttle. Looks like Shawnee took the biggest hit. It's East of OKC about 30 miles. Thanks for asking. Dave
Shawnee, Carney, and Prague took the biggest hits. Quite a mess from I-35 up I-44, and I-40 East of OKC.
Its never a good thing for someone to loose there life but it has faired out much better then the last one to hit the city a couple years ago. Hope tomorrow is better, not looking like it though, prayers for everyone in the shawnee area.
X2 on hoping that tomorrow (now today) is better---we've already had our share of tornadoes in OK and TX
They're saying today's tornado is probably an EF5, and worse then the May 3, 1999 Tornado that also hit Moore. I was there for the EF4 that hit in 2003. Posted from the TJJ App for iPhone & iPad
A friend of mine in Moore just lost everything...everything. I couldn't believe what I saw on the news. Terrible.
we are ok up on grand lake. Looks like the city and moore got it real bad. Kids in the school not all accounted for yet I dont think. Please pray
It came close, but ended up passing north of us. Thanks for asking! Sent from my phone using Tapatalk 2
God bless all the family's that have lost their babies in the plaza towers school. It just tears my heart into pieces thinking about what they are going thru. All of your prayers will be needed. there's a bunch of us HAMBERS up here in cushing but it got dang close to us yesterday.
No, we're not okay. At least I'm not. 51 confirmed dead, including at least 7 children. I am watching the coverage on KFOR, channel 4 and you can tell it's really affecting some of the on-air folks. Not that I blames them very much. I've been crying myself. It's like reliving the May, 1999 tornado blitz that hit Moore. The video coverage shows tremendous damage. It looks like a war zone with houses, schools, and other buildings just shredded by the storms. Rescue operations are still on-going at one school and several other locations. I'm praying for the victims of this storm. Please, join your prayers with mine. Robert
