Art & Inspiration Argus C3 photos

    I found my grandfathers C3 in a box upstairs so I thought I would load up some slide film to see if it was in working order.

    Yeah, I think the operator's knowledge of this camera needs some work too.

    I've got one of those laying around somewhere. Think I got it back in the 50's.

Argus C-3 was my first 35mm camera;bought in a Miami pawn shop in 1964 for $15.Great camera but the lack of interchangeable lenses limits it's usefulness.My broke several years after I got it(damn cocking lever)and it was too expensive to repair.They were based in Ann Arbor Michigan.I think I still have the instruction manual around somewhere;I'll look for it and if I find it,I'll mail it to you.
