ARIZONA HAMB'ERS, 2nd annual primer run questions

ok fellas, heres the plan....

the run has been pushed back ONE weekend. to JUNE 3RD. it is a saturday. here is how its gonna break down

Phx run will meet at the IN-N-OUT burger on Ray Rd./I-10 at 8:00 a.m.

then to Casa Grande at the outlet center on I-10 (meet at the wendy's) for the yuma and Casa Grande guys to meet with up with the run

from Casa Grande to the Wal-mart in Tucson at Cortaro farms rd. and I-10.

from there we will travel through Patagonia way to Mustang corners ( i think it is what its called) where we will meet with the sierra vista/benson/safford/wilcox rodders.

then after a quick meet and greet we head down to Tombstone.

we will roll into tombstone (roughly) between 1:00p.m. to 2:00p.m. were we will park all of the cars/trucks/c.o.e.'s/whatever pre 1963
on Alan St. (main strip in tombstone, where the gun fights happen)

we will all basically have another meet and greet there, and we will have a couple of hours to kill allowing everyone to take in the sights, visit the museums, see the tours, drink some beers, eat, what ever.
( they have a reinactment of the o.k. corral fight like every hour)

then at about 7p.m. we will all mosey over to the famous CRYSTAL PALACE, where we have RESERVED THE WHOLE BAR FOR OUR SOUTHWEST TOMBSTONE RUN!!!!!!!
first band will go on around 7 p.m. and the other 2 bands to follow.
we will basically just party and have a good time till they kick us out at 2a.m. and roll out in the morning at an agreed time for all

i have all the contact information for every motel/hotel/ holiday inn express/ and best western there. for anyone that needs it.

i pushed it to the next weekend because we will be the main attraction in town which means the town will cater to US! ...GOOD TIMES IF YA ASK ME! its gonna be the best thing since sliced bread. i hope we see all you out of staters!

 

I will not have a car this yaer but maybe next year I car particpate!

 

I will do my best to go with my Kaiser, and I would prefer the 2 day deal. Reminds me of the good old days when I used to go to minitruck runs in Laughlin.

Im maken plans to be on the run this year. Hey, Jerry can you carry a GAS can for me?Ive pulled out the 3.89s and put in 4.11s, so ill be running around 4000rpm at 70mph. Dont know if I'll make it between gas stations. Oh yea, Im bringing EAR PLUGs too. I will probably have an empty seat. If anyone wants to ride in a short wheelbase, hot, noisy, Anglia!

 

also for those of you that would like to book rooms early, i have reserved a couple of "blocks" of rooms, we have 2 motels right next to were we're gonna be partying, so the smart man books a room early before there aint none...lol

let me know if you guys wanna book rooms i got all the info etc etc..
