Arizonians: Where do you work on stuff?

Friends of ours bought a 3500 Ft home with 4 car garage on 1/2 acre, pool/hot tub etc in a gated community in Glendale, (dirt cheap I might add). They are car people and are building a shop. No problem as along as it looks like the rest of the construction. Bunch of car people in the same location. Shop around.
