Art Challenge 14 - The Pre-War Coupe

got a camera? everybody gots a camera.

 

That's how I uploaded mine. I will get a scanner as soon as I can though.. I need one for school anyways.

 

Yeah, I haven't used a scanner in years for my pencils. I just shoot it with the camera and go.

 

Not sure if this 'tickles the boxes', but....inspired by QQMoon's haulin coupe....

Get a digital camera and a "daylight" bulb florescent light and take pics of your drawings.
Go onto photobucket.com
start an account (free) and upload the pics.
Once the pic is up there, when you roll over it a drop down box goes down under the image - just right click on the last title box and it will say "copied"
Go back to the post you are doing on the H.A.M.B. and drop the link from photobucket by pressing Ctrl and V and it will paste the title into your post and Presto you are there!

Well, now i feel inadequate!

 

I hope I haven't intruded on the artist's intentions:

 

Here is my humble entry. It might not be "Cartoon" enough tho...I have another one I started today during my lunch break.

 

Okay, I'm sharing a couple ideas in progress but want to keep one a bit under wraps for now.
I sketched both out first thing this morning... not sure either are as "cartoony" as I'd like to get...

Hint: This is based on a beautiful little Nassau (or Marina) blue coupe here in Eastern Nebraska. I'd sure like to find the guy because this car nearly ruined me and it is forever burned into my mind...




Hmmmm. This one sure would make a certain Maryland HAMB'bré happy.
