Here's a sign I just finished and installed this morning in Baltimore's Austin Grill. Scary Larry helped me build the can - both of us learning how to mig aluminum on the fly! You (obviously) can't tell in a still shot, but the lasso is on a sequencer so that it looks like it's in motion going up and down the cowgirl.

These art show posts just keep getting better all the time.

    Unbelievable talent!

I just wish they started earlier in the week 'cause just about the time they get filled with cool stuff... it's Friday afternoon and time to turn the computer off until Monday.

Katfish, all done with 000 Xcaliber, some of the fill in done with 00 model paint brush. It is only a relatively small piece. In fact it is a panel for a DVD cover, of which I am working on 8 pieces at present.
carartNick I am only going to post 1 piece this week. Geoff aka whodaky

Caffiene, those bike parts are awesome, once that stuff gets out you'll fulltiming it very soon.

Whodaky, it's about time! Looking good.

Here's some of my shit, I think I need glasses. I can't shoot straight.

First up is a practice panel for a larger "Deadbeat" panel I'm doing. It was just a excercise in lettering style and color. The colors are custom mixed purple and two shades of gray.

Kinda like when we went up July 10th and got charged $17 a piece to get in and then another $25 on top of that to show the car?

My bud has this cool old drag car. It was the "Mullins & Buddo" 56' Chev. Pretty famous car around these parts. The black paint is still the original and you can see a ghost of where it said "Mullins & Buddo" on the quarters. Dauber lettered and striped it in 74' a lot of the striping is still there. The front end was repaired and put in primer... I striped it to match. Dauber is a killer striper, and I can'y hold a candle to his work.

I'll post a pic of it freshly lettered leaving daubers shop in a second...

This was in 1974... I think. Leaving daubers shop.

The other is in the early 80's at Edgewater. Note, the names have been rubbed off but the striping was left alone... DAMN that thing is leaving hard!!!!
