This was my project for Fridayaint on a 6 foot high picket fence.The fence only had one coat of urethane and wasn't sanded first so it was a little rough and the paint sunk in in a couple places.For a new bike shop in town.The fence separates the workshop from the display area.
Nice stuff...!! It has been a long ass time since i last posted anything in the art show (long time since i have posted on the HAMB i guess).....I dont really do stuff car related anymore but anyway....here is a self portrait process painting i have been working on for the last three weeks or so off and on...it is in its 3rd or 4th state right now, meaning I painted it and wiped/scraped/sanded off paint or built up areas etc. three or four times...it is oil on burlap 4 feet square...here is a full shot and a couple details:
