I'm kind of thinking, yeah so what? I am digging Flt-Blk's El Camino more, good luck with that. You have a lot of work ahead of you. I've done that ebay **** myself more than once......
......that was until I got to the bottom and saw your photochopping. Then I am saying nice! That is going to look sweet! Yeah, good luck with that and I hope to catch the progress pics and see it when it is finally done.

Yeah...I hadn't seen it on there before, but apparently he'd posted it a couple other times with no bites. I think I paid a fair price for it.

That frame looks nice! It'd be cool to have an original frame...but the plans call for bobbing the frame horns off front and rear, and pinching it in the front. Plus the hemi and a 4-speed, ladder bars in the back, etc., it wouldn't be worth destroying a good original frame. Gonna be easier to start with a new set of rails I think.

Thats exactly what I'm using for my 32 coupe, 392, 4speed, 57-64 olds rear...

    Couldnt cut the frame either.

They are no harder to afford than anything else. You just have to save a bit longer usually. For many, it is more about having enough patience than it is about having enough $$.
