Technical AS spec windscreen question

Hi basically over here in the UK we have rules to follow regarding the way we build our cars. One of the biggest problems we have is gl***, as it has to have relivent EU markings to show it meets modern safety standards. Now it turns out for the BIVA test we are allowed American standard marked gl***. Would anyone have any contacts or details for supplers please.
