You better believe it. I agree 100%, I have learned much from a bunch of his chassis posts... But if the only posts are selected on "would anyone else care what I have to say" then the hamb would be a pretty lonesome place. Jeez... It is not like I called his mom a whore or something

This is an excellent post, and the timing is right on for me: I finally signed up here after going through a really tough year, and was ready for some fun. I found it here, and got so excited about it, that I couldn't help but reply to everything I read, usually making a total ass of myself (as most of you can attest). I finally got slapped around a bit, and that settled me down enough to consider if what I had to say had any value, BEFORE posting it...This is probably a cycle that others have gone through here, and it's an unneccessary waste of energy, and everyone elses time. Maybe reading this thread will save someone else the embarrassment I went through...Let's hope!

I kinda see your point, but from my intro I met and become friends with several Hambers who are in my area, I may not have met them otherwise. I agree though, a new guy comes in, says something stupid and gets his ass ripped. Then they wait and watch for the next noob to make the same stupid mistake so they can do the ripping. HAMB responsibly - that says it all.
(rant on) I miss the old HAMB when you could call someone an idiot and tell them to fuck off if they were being stupid. They either learned or left. Now we are more PC and with that comes tollerance that I personally could use less of.
