In the Holiday Inn parking lot. On Sunday morning I spotted a beige Studebaker Wagon, and left them a note on the windshield. Anyone know the owner? I requested they "PM" me on the HAMB, and am not even sure they are on here. Had some Studebaker items that might fight said application..........Gratis, or for a cool T-shirt or something, should they be interested. Thanks.
Don't know 'em but the HAMB Drags are famouse they may very well not be on the HAMB at all. Always better to leave a number. maybe someone else will recognize the discription of the car so back up to the top for ya.
Got ta go to the drags 3 yrs I'n a row but missed the last 2 due to illness (sick from paying bills) but I'd walk around and about one of every 5 people I would talk to were on the hamb? Never could figure out why so many non hambers would be at the hamb drags! But, if ya have a pic, you could post an ad on c list Joplin area, I'd bet they are pretty local folks.
No, I didn't .....................I was loaded up in the rental unit, headed to the airport in Springfield, when I saw the car, and the thought of the hubcaps hit me at the same time..................... It was a spur of the moment thing, and thought I might hook someone up that could possibly use them................... I'll keep it up, ( heh, heh, heh.....) , this weekend, and maybe it'll catch someones eye........................( the post, that is............)
