Sorry, I know you're all saying "another O/T post from IntrstlarOvrdrve " But seeing all of the recent injuries and deaths, I wanted to tell everyone to appreciate people more, because you never know what will happen the next day. I just found out a friend of mine was in an accident too, LUCKILY he wasn't hurt too bad, but it got me thinkin' bout it. I had never really appreciated the friendship that much, but I realized I needed to startcaring more. Anyhow, I thought I'd take the opportunity to say that even though I don't know many of you very well, but I like to think that I am among friends here; and that I really value everything that you guys have taught me even though I've only been here a short while. Sorry for another O/T post by ME
In order to avoid being added to the ever growing list of fatalities .......next time you are about to run a red, pass on the shoulder, double solid, or going around a curve..ask yourself....is it worth dying for? My speedo still hits "INSANE" from time to time but I give a lot more thought to the basics while I'm driving. Keep in mind that most of the time....it's the other guy. I was hit by someone going the opposite direction who had lost control of their vehicle. I went to the shoulder of the road and they straightend up on my side of the road. We hit, headlights overlapping. My vehicle went at least ten feet backwards. All I'm saying is look out for the other****hole.....Don't park on the shoulder of the expressway.....Oh....and "Be careful out there". I've had the opportunity to meet some of you and would really hate to log on tomorrow and read that something bad has happened.
