No real event -friends asked if i would bring my A down to run this Sunday. It is a regular racing day but there will be some serious big money grudge races going on, mostly guys I know. I'm thinking I'll go and run but I'd sure like to have another banger or flatty to run against. I am #67 from the Race of Gentlemen. I plan to zip tie some seat belts to my seat springs and have a go. Anyone in?
Nope. It was an empty set, nothing there comperable, nor was there anything last weekend when they advertised nostalgia drags. All the normal stuff was there and it was way too cold to run a roadster down. I have been running my 67 camaro, street car, with a bunch of friends that have similar cars all run low 12's. its alot of fun. No one has beaten me there yet. I guess no one here on the east coast wants to actually race. Sad. I bet you'd be there...
Only saw one model a coupe and a small handful of g***ers there last weekend,your right ,it was way to cold and ****y outside to want to run a roadster!
