How many are coming down from SC?[/QUOTE] One car, Two people. We're arriving in the early evening and staying at Homestead Studio Suites @ 1339 Executive Park Dr. NE which is approx. 10 miles from the theater and N of it. We plan on having dinner somewhere, but that has not yet been decided.
http://www.starlightdrivein.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=main.map The Starlight Six is located at 2000 Moreland Avenue SE in Atlanta. From Interstate 20, take the Moreland Avenue Exit as though going to East Atlanta, and go south approximately 3.2 miles. The drive-in will be on your left at the top of the hill. From 285 South, take the Moreland Avenue Exit north, and it will be on your right approximately 2 miles from the exit.
Movie starts at 9:15pm so we should be in by 8pm at least. I've emailed the manager Sal and am awaiting his reply.

Stevie...you are now the official ATL tourguide/event planner! I'm thinking that first one looks like good cheap mexican? Brett
I worked my way through school in the Restaurant biz. I'm a big time Foodoholic and a club kid to boot. Go to creative loafing atlanta and you can find anything.
We are here, we are planning to meet at the Mexican Restaurant (Cantina La Casita) between 6-6:30 as planned. Be there or be square. Cell - 864-414-2818
What a kick ass movie.... Had a blast meeting up with Ken and the wife, hope to see you two again. Brett, always fun, and Rae had a blast with your girls, and hanging in the bed of the truck. Great movie, great company...thanks Stevie...what happend to you???
Ditto...Had a great time, girls had fun with Rae too. Glad the farm truck could be of use. Ken, great to meet you, hope you had a good trip back. Brett
Ken and Vicki are cool people,,,and they drive the heck outta that caddy,,,, They dropped in on our downtown Anderson Fathersday show yesterday on the way over to Hotlanta to look at a few cars,,,HRP
We had a GREAT time as well. It was well worth the trip! I tried to post three times this morning, but the connection at the hotel was so bad I got bumped out just as I "mashed" the submit button and had to retype everything again. Anyway, when we were leaving the restaurant, on the way to the drive-in, we told the girls we were going to put them in the trunk of the Caddy so we wouldn't have to pay for them to get in. I had to reneg, on the deal. THEY WERE ALL LINED UP READY TO CLIMB IN! The movie was great and the subtle detail was amazing. It took over half the movie for me to recognize the monoliths in the background of the town. I should have seen it immediately. Each time it came up I thought "there must be some significance about something so prominent," but it went right over my head. It might have been the margaritas. We enjoyed meeting everyone and look forward to seeing y'all again soon!
It was my pleasure to set it up. No troubles getting in early? Sorry I was a no show but I had "Something come up" that needed attention.
