Now that all the snow is out of our drivways, I've been talking a few GMBs about our plans for a spring get together in Birch Run. We decided that Saturday May 6th would a good date. We will meet at the Exit Diner at 11:00 AM. That will give the guys from Detroit and the west side of the state time to get here without getting up TOO early. The Nightmares will be hosting this get together so any questions can be directed to any one of us (hot rod to hell, Kritz, flatheadpete, Donzie etc). I hope we get a good turnout and let us know if you are coming by posting on here so we can make reservations in the back.

Umm... the transmission in Lucy just puked (two days after replacing the trans in the DD and a day after putting the Roadmonster up for a trans change) so... Is it okay if I show inna 'modern' car? I promise it's loud...
Is there room for FNG's? If so I will more then likely be there. However my car probably wont be ready: But I did finally get the doors off since I took this picture. At this rate it should be done some time in 2015.
It's the perfect place for FNG's... It's a great way to meet a bunch of HAMBers, without all of the distractions you'd have at a show or whatever...
Same here, Denise! I've been doin' loops on the Street these warmer evenings hopin' to get a peep at Big Olds - to no avail. Lucy's trans swallowed some of its internals last Friday, so until I get in there to see what's wrong, I can't promise she'll make the ride up. hopefully it's something minor...If not, I'll come 'modern style!'
Denise! I was out there Friday - but only for a little while. Satuday I was a complete bum and did nothing but lay around; I do that twice a year, tops. I was out runnin' the DD last nite; promised myself that I'd be good and NOT RACE ANYONE - was challenged by a number of cars. The not racin' lasted about five minutes...a friend of mine had just finished mods to his car and wanted to see how well he'd do. Note to self - 12 second cars do not fare well on street tires; they tend to attract attention when sideways in second... FWIW - Gus has been to my house and has my phone number. You're free to call and/or stop by anytime; I'll make a point of loopin' south 'Graph - weather permitting - Friday.
Me and Mikekillstheday might make it out there. Hopefully in my bucket if i ever hear back from the insurance company.
