Just got back from Ohio. The wife and I just finished up getting my mom ready to move (hopefully). The breakfast sounds like a good excuse to see if the '32 will start. The snow drifts out to the shop have receeded so we'll be there. Frank
HMMM, damn. sounds like fun but i'll prolly be busy workin on either ****o's Olds or Pinball's 59 Chev trying to get them both ready for Billetproof. i drove half way across the state today to do some welding for ****o before the new motor goes in the Olds. it seems the front cross member had a few cracks in it from an accident long ago. at least they got the frame straight. they probably never noticed the cracks with the motor in place though. if i'm not doing that i MIGHT actually be working on my 47 Chevy. provided i can afford a new motor for my compressor in the very near future. damn thing is only a year and a half old. it does sound like a good time though. lots of newbies to meet. i'm so torn...
I wont be able to attend Alex is graduating college finally after 5 years of it. So i have to be there for that for sure. That and the stupid space herpie just broke so it will be down for a while. but i should have it up and running for billetproof.
If theres still room sign me up. My bucket is nowheres near ready though. If it's nice i'll bring my Triumph, or my dad's panhead. I think you guys will like either one of them.
There is always room for one more. If JW and I give up our places there will be room for four more Or you can sit on Franks lap
Well it all started almost three years ago now.... here is a link to where it started and explains how it all started: http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=703 enjoy the fun read
That thread sure brought back some great memories........I miss Germ Looking forward to seeing all you Gay Michigan *****es in a couple of weeks.
I lurked here for a couple years but that one was before my time. I haven't seen a post get that far out of hand since I've been here. What the **** build it the way you want it. What happened to Germ, he ads a unique perspective. I'm a cheesehead, I have "FIBs" (friendly Illinois buddies) living to the south and now I know a few Gay Michigan *****es. Life is to short to not be able to laugh at yourself. Thanks for the education.
damn thing was'nt working... or so it seemed... well now it looks like i have a stuttering problem. deal with it!! =P
I dont think I can make this one either, I will be graduating college. Hopefully next time, sounds like a good time.
Well ya know... sometimes threads are long and take some time to read... haha, anyway... I'm gonna see if I can drive this Model A that we built a couple years ago..
Well, I guess I'd better attend. No sense in having you talking badly about me behind my back...when I can be there and let you talk badly about me to my face. I'm sure I'll be driving the Fleetline. Maybe SteelRat can hook up me and Fab32 since he's in my neighborhood.
